To create sexual content or especially violent content with the character and/voicebank, please seek author permission first.
Political or religious content* (such as endorsing political figures or hateful/bigoted movements) is not allowed.
*Traditional songs such as religious hymns, choirs or songs thematically related to religion are allowed.
Works which are considered degrading, are aimed at undermining an individual/s, or are controversial are not allowed.

🎨 Character and Artwork 🎨
Artwork presented alongside this voicebank does not need to depict the voicebank character. This voicebank can be used in conjunction with artwork of other characters as it is attributed properly.
You must credit the proper artist for their art/design if you use artwork and/or design included in the voicebank.
💰 Commercial Use 💰
Contact the author for individual approval to use this voicebank and/or character commercially.
Commercial use is any manner of usage that’s primary intent is for exchanging financial funds, financial gain or promoting a business organization including but not limited to the sale of physical and/or digital merchandise, sponsored content such as Youtube videos, audio-visual advertisements, or original songs being sold and/or streamed.
If in doubt as to whether your usage falls under this category, please contact the author.
You cannot use this voicebank or any included assets in projects involving non-fungible tokens (NFTs), cryptocurrency.
✍️ Editing ✍️
Voicebank .wav files are not allowed to be edited
Dictionary configuration files such as dsdict.yaml are allowed to be change and redistributed
Configuration files, such as oto.ini or FRQ files, can be edited for private use only unless stated otherwise in the readme files.
Voicebanks can only be used with the singing synthesizers they were intended for like DiffSinger, UTAU/OpenUTAU, and similar programs that do not require any modifications to the voicebank.
Do not use voicebanks and/or renders of this voicebank as pretraining data for other vocal synthesizers without permission.
Copying and/or recycling any part of this voicebank not specifically mention (i.e using the pitch model for another voicebank) is not allowed.
The contents of voicebanks are only allowed to be used with approved singing synthesizers with the exception being audio found in any exVoice or OMAKE folders. exVoice and OMAKE audio can be used for purposes such as music or video production as long as it is not used in a singing/talking synthesizer or AI training data.
📦 Redistribution 📦
You may not redistribute material from voicebanks such as artwork, configurations or audio files as your own.
The owner kindly asks you not to redistribute this voicebank so without permission especially after distribution has ended.
Vocoder (aphelia_PC_hifigan) License
The vocoder that comes with -stellar evolution- (aphelia_PC_hifigan) was trained using OpenVPI’s model and as such falls under Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 Internation licensing.
As a result, you are free to copy/redistribute the vocoder and train upon it with the proper credit to myself and the OpenVPI team.
